Almanor Outdoors started in 2023 with a simple goal:

Make the outdoors even better for those who live for it.

Founded by three lifelong adventurers—Roger Cullumber, David Cullumber, and John Seipert—our journey began with the creation of the Johnny Pocket Fisher, a tool we designed to keep fishing leaders organized and ready to go, so that you can spend more time casting and less time untangling.

If you’re here, chance are you love the outdoors just as much as we do. Whether it’s fishing on quiet lakes, gliding down ski slopes, or setting up camp under starlit skies, we’re happiest when we’re out in nature. These passions keep us thinking of new ways to make your adventures easier and more enjoyable. We live for the thrill of the catch, the awe of an amazing view, and the satisfaction of a night well-spent around a campfire.

We wanted gear that would keep up with our love for the outdoors, and so Almanor Outdoors was born.
